Good place to stay

We celebrated birthday and hotel made it really memorable.

Was a comfortable stay. One thing I will say is, states breakfast included, So we was shocked that we was told only adults, children was not allowed to eat breakfast, and we would have to pay for them separately. By someone who was working the breakfast area, Which is terrible, as we included all children on our booking. So every person should have be able to have breakfast. The property's historical significance was evident, creating a captivating atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was delightful. We appreciated their assistance in finding a great restaurant and their insightful recommendations for exploring the city. They also provided us with a complimentary travel ticket for the town, making our sightseeing very nice and easy.

Upon arrival at the hotel the reception staff were welcoming and this made for a lovely entrance to our break away. The team members were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay and really strived to make us have a special experience within the hotel. The restaurant staff were equally good and really went the extra mile to make our time eating very special.

Very pleasant experience - staff friendly helpful and provided recommendations as to places to visit. The views from the room were stunning and gave great sunsets views over the lake and mountains. Hotel is close to the station and tram line. Overall excellent!

Lovely and well located property, recently refurbished in chalet style. Good continental breakfast

On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who checked us in quickly. We were given a Riviera card each which allows us to use public transport for free and gives us discounts on different attractions. We didn't know about this so that was a bonus. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to the station. Our room was very clean and larger than we thought it would be. Plenty of space for 3 people. Great service. Basic but comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast was good and there was lots of entertainment on site. Also a small shopping centre next door. Gorgeous views and easy to get to Nyon town.
