"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."

"Lobby and main entry quite grand and beautiful. There was no A/C. Floor fan was available in our room, which was helpful, but with outdoor temperatures running around 28-30 F it was warm in our room. Can't really open windows at night because then one hears traffic noise etc. Would have been nice to have a mini coffee machine in the room. Mini fridge was a nice asset. Bed was comfortable. Only one pillow per person - front desk gave us a second on request. Great location!"

"This is an excellent mid range choice. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are generous, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom good. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I would stay there again."

"Le personnel était très aimable et disponible, prêt à aider. Accueil et contacts parfaits. Offre variée pour le petit déjeuner. J'ai apprécié la formule étape, avec dîner copieux. Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre. Il y avait un ventilateur à disposition. Pour le bruit il faut tenir compte du fait que l'hôtel se trouve dans une rue piétonne animée Chambre et salle de bain très propres."

"30 min walk to U of Laussane, or by bus is around 20 min. Grocery store Aldi right downstairs, and Migro about 5 min walk. Housekeeping is by request, hanging the tag outside the door before noon. Staff is super friendly and helped me with a transit pass. Merci beaucoup a vous !"

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s on La Rue and is central to the main area for shops, bars and cafes. The rooms are spotless, air conditioning was excellent, en suite was clean and roomy. The staff were just lovely, it’s a small hotel and they clearly love what they do. We will definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel.The hotel General manager is excellent.The property and kids club is amazing. We celebrated our 41st anniversary here as we celebrated our honeymoon here and it has only gotten better! We hope to return again and again after a 41 year absence.Thank you Hotel Royal Evian ❤️"
