"Based in Gulshan, the location was ideal. We had dinner in the Beast Restaurant, the service and food was great (testament to Santo and Hridoy). I also used the laundry service, and it was very good. The staff were always smiling, and happy to help when needed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Dhaka."

"The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. He then put us on a smoking floor when we did not book that. We told him that was an issue as non-smokers. All he did was change the blankets. And to add to that, one...
