We always enjoy stopping and staying at The Dunmar inn on our way home from our annual "Snowbird Excursion". The checkin was excellant as we had reservations and took less that 10 minutes. A little disappointed with the pet area as it contained quite a bit of old animal poop. Mostly due to your clients not taking the time to pick up their animals refuse and disposing of it in the receptical. The breakfast was a little cold even though we attended just 1 hour after it started. Friendly greeting though. Will stay again next year.

Convenient location; free breakfast options were limited and late arrival for breakfast made the "plain" omelet (scrambled egg folded on itself) less palatable after languishing in a heating tray. Other than the foregoing, a decent place to stay.

Excellent!! Staff was professional and friendly. Loved the restaurant and lounge. Great experience in the lounge. Fun drinks and staff. Could have your food either in the restaurant or lounge.Our meals were excellent. Came with a cute yummy loaf of bread. Haven't been able to find an open face turkey sandwich or the personal loaves of bread for years. The seasonal signiture drinks were to die for. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet Continental breakfast filled the spot. Great service there too. Couldn't have been more pleased after a long drive

Best hotel in Evanston
We have stayed at The Best Western several times. Service is always top notch. The hotel is a little dated, but it is so well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and most importantly, clean.

Superb hotel
This hotel is a gem. Our room was spacious, very clean, updated and quiet. The sitting area was a welcome addition. Breakfast included a lot of fresh fruit and protein options. Very good value for the price. We would definitely stay there again.

Dunmar has become our resting place when driving to and from the Midwest. We know we will get a good night's sleep and a great breakfast buffet (the real kind with sausage and/or bacon. sit down restaurant (you know, the way it used to be).
