"Junior suite had all you could need. Including coffe machine and microwave. Towel and dressing gowns lovely quality as were the toiletries."

"It’s been a while since I stayed at the Alan. It’s alright but has bizarre elements that take the edge off it being better. My upgraded room had a large aircon unit bolted to the ceiling that made a strange noise every so often despite not being on, the lead on the kettle isn’t long enough so you have to boil it on the floor, and in this room the toilet roll holder was broken. The beds are good and it’s a nice space, but I’d advise taking earplugs! Definitely go for breakfast over the road at The Vienna Coffee house, it’s really good."
