The quiet peace and serenity felt here at 188 Ozark Automotive Road prompted us to want to share with others the experience of living here. "The Nest", which is listed as a house is actually a completely remodeled downstairs area of our home with themed rooms and with 1500 sq feet of living space is the size of a small house!! We do live upstairs. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, full kitchen ( minus dishwasher) and dining area. Two private decks are available, one overlooking the pond where you will meet Bella the Bluegill and an assortment of gold fish that come when called to eat breakfast and dinner!! YES .. they really do!! You might choose to relax in the 2 person jacuzzi tub in the early evening hours and watch the spectacular sunsets that we experience here and will surely catch the deer and or fox grazing below the 4 picturesque windows overlooking the Ozark Mountains.

The host thought of everything. Loaded coffee bar, jacuzzi with adjustable lighting, fluffy towels, activities, restaurants and trails options all conveniently on display. Wonderful views from the 2 private patios and observation deck/ tower. We loved all the wonderful quirky and cool art. Tons of space to sprawl out and unwind. We'll definitely be back to enjoy our home away from home.
my partner and I had a great time at the nest and in eureka springs for our birthdays! we were very comfortable and got a lot of helpful info from our host, Eureka Jim. we will definitely be back!
Great home with plenty of room for the whole family. The house is very warm and decorated to the occasion. Jetted bath is awesome and beds are comfortable. Close to all the attractions but far enough for those quiet nights by the fire pit. We loved it.
We felt like the VIPs of this community where we stayed! We were greeted by the property being lit up with Christmas decor, this was definitely a great way to kickoff the holiday season. Our host was super friendly and very helpful to offer local advice during our stay.
The view from our bedroom and the property was incredible! Absolutely breathtaking! We loved being close to Eureka Springs while being even closer to the lakes and hiking trails.
Eureka Jim is a gracious host who was able to tell us about things we hadn’t done yet in the area and info on things we wanted to do again.
The Nest was a very comfortable and artistic lodgings. We all slept very well there and enjoyed hanging out there after a long days hiking and shopping. Even our corgi loved it!
We definitely recommend staying there and plan to on our next trip to Eureka Springs.
Thecheck in was so easy, we got to the Nest super late and Eureka Jim was there to walk us through and show us theropes. The property is clean and smells delightful. Jim had all kind ofcoupons and flyers and ways to help ussave some moneyon our adventures. Catch the sunset... you wont regret it. The beds aresoft
Mom and 2 young adult daughters got super lucky to book this extra special place! SUPER spacious but so warm and welcoming. 2 outdoor seating areas, beautiful sunset view, the property had lots of art all around. Mr Jim is as sweet as we could have asked for, he left us a dozen beautiful rainbow mixed eggs! We will defintely be back soon! Thank you Jim 😊

Dirty everything including sheets NO HOTTUB
No hot tub as advertised. Dirty sheets and blankets. Towels smelled like mildew. Mattresses have springs sticking up. Tiny tv. Dust everywhere! Very outdated place. Beautiful view and pleasant host and good location.
It was a scenic, quiet and quirky place. Its artistic flair matched the style of Eureka Springs. Eureka Jim went above and beyond with his hospitality and knowledge of all the things to do and places to eat in Eureka. It was close to hiking trails in Lake Leatherwood and Beaver Lake. We loved our view of the Ozark mountains from the bedroom! Jim connected us with a local artist named Randy, the Sandman. We had a great time creating sand art! Randy was a wonderful teacher! We would definitely stay here again!
My fiancée and I came to Arkansas at the beginning of fall and the weather was so perfect! We came to spend our Wedding at The Nest and found the Host exceptionally kind and generous with his property. There are too many amazing and quirky accents and attributes to mention! The most important thing to know is that if you want it - whatever It is - it is either already there in The Nest, or the amazing Host will get it for you. If you tell him what would make your stay perfect, I’m sure he would help you have it.
You will have every comfort made available to you, and I know that every night you will find majik all around you - even in the trees.

This place was our home for 13 days and I can't begin to list all the great things about the Nest and our host, Eureka Jim! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is only 10 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. The views from our balcony were unbelievable. Sunsets were fantastic! And our host Jim was there to help and assist you with anything you needed. Inside was beautiful and unique to say the least. We loved the way Jim had decorated and thought of everything you may possibly need. It was very well stocked and had all the comforts of home. Extra pillows, blankets, stocked coffee bar, great hot tub in the main bedroom, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, washer/dryer, dishes, spices, paper towels, nice electric fireplace, etc. The interior is very spacious and plenty of room with 2 breakfast bars and a new big eating table. There was also a new steel lookout deck (not in the pictures) with an excellent view of Beaver Lake and the surrounding mountains. Jim also can help you with any adventures you may want to do while in Eureka. He set us up with an excellent fishing guide to fish the White River, where we caught our limit of rainbow trout. He also kept us informed of events in town. We will definitely book the Nest the next time we make it up there! Thanks Jim for a memory we will have for many years to come!
Love love love this place. In town, but still far enough away to relax Very unique & eclectic place that we all loved. Had a great time! We would all stay there again
Stellar accomodations, whimsical and unique decor, great coffee, breathtaking view, well organized space and great hosts. I'll be back for another respite
The property was decorated outside for Christmas and was so beautiful! Perfect little place to stay! Eureka Jim is a gem himself and his duck Jeep is a ride you will never forget!
We came over for my birthday trip to relax and this place facilitated that. Jim is super nice and Randy made sand art with the family on our last day. We will definitely be back.
