We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. The location is ideal for relaxation while also being close enough to the town of Eureka Springs. Will definitely stay again!
This place is absolutely amazing. It is very well furnished. We had everything we needed. We were rained in all weekend and didn't get to enjoy the entire property BUT we didn't even need to. The house is so pleasant and cozy. Checking in and out was easy and hassle free. I can not recommend it enough.
Beautiful house in the woods, on a lake, with easy access to Eureka Springs, Crystal Bridges art museum, and other local attractions. Very responsive management. It's easy to spend a whole day just relaxing on the deck.
Beautiful home. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Getting to the lake was a bit of a challenge for the oldest and youngest in the group but once there it was perfect.
Absolutely loved this property and will be back. The driveway/parking is difficult to manage walking up and down to load and unload, but we worked with it just fine. The management kept in contact and were very helpful. All of our children (who are older) thought the space was amazing. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
The house was beautiful and clean! Very concerning was front entrance & NO driveway access--blocked off which looked like rain/water deteriorating the rocky slope of front of house. Quite dangerous of walking & unloading. Dont take risk-'impacts or older
This house was amazing. It’s appears to be either new or newly renovated and everything was so new and clean. Decor was cute and house had all of the finishings that you could need or want. We will definitely be back.

Nice stay but the location is hard to get to
Hope you’re a Billy goat if you want to make more than one trip to your car. The house is very nice but the front driveway is washed out so bad that it takes quite a bit of work to get from your car to the house.

Mostly Pleased
The walk to and from the car to the property and the property to the lake were very dangerous and the ticks were horrible. We also couldnt figure out how to work the outside speakers on the upper deck nor where the thermostat was located. Other than that we were very pleased.
Nice large cabin. A few things were a little dirty when we arrived, so it’s a little frustrating we had to pay such a large cleaning fee. Some sheets/bedding smelled a little funky & had to be changed out. Also the downstairs shower didn’t work. So that was an inconvenience that the guests staying downstairs had to always come upstairs to shower. Wifi was TERRIBLE, so don’t expect to get much service. Beds were soft & rooms were pretty large. Not bad for a large family, but the lack of shower downstairs could be an issue for multiple couples/families. Amenities were nice. Fun to have the pool table & board games & firepit.
This home is beautiful inside. Updated interior is gorgeous and comfortable with plenty of bedrooms. A nice game room with pool table and tv and two master suites accommodated our foursome nicely. We enjoyed the deck view to the lake. However- we would not rent this property again because of the horrible driveway and front access to the house. Quite hazardous. The driveway is a very narrow, steep downhill loop around a central carport/like structure. It has a very tight turning radius. It is covered with a very thick layer of fine, deep loose gravel. DO NOT DRIVE DOWN THE DRIVEWAY. We were in two all wheel drive vehicles and got stuck with spinning wheels thAt dug into the deep gravel on the way back up. We wasted one whole day trying to get a car unstuck and finally had to call a tow truck at our own expense. Management gave us towing company recommendations would not cover the cost. If you do rent this property, beware. Park at the top of the driveway along the sides and walk down to the house. There is a rough, staired path from the top of the driveway down. Still a little challenging. Some loose stones in the entryway were also quite hazardous. This house is definitely not recommended for older people nor anyone with mobility challenges. We feel the hazardous nature of the driveway at this house was misrepresented in the advertising. The dangerous nature of it should be more clearly stated. The lake access is also steep and gravelly with a rough stone path. Pretty house if you don’t mind a challenging driveway and entryway
Took the family and friends with us this spring break to hike, ride some bike trails, relax by the lake and fire pit. This house is perfect for all those things. Everywhere we went was just a quick drive. And then at night fire up the grill and fire pit for the perfect relaxing evening.
First and foremost we slept great! The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. The house is nicely updated and clean and we were greeted with a customized welcome basket upon our arrival. The deck was a great place to sit an enjoy coffee in the morning and listen to the birds and squirrels. There is a dock on the property and we charted a fishing trip for striper and they were able to pick us up right off the dock which was super convenient! We enjoyed the other activities at the house including the outdoor fire pit, the pool table, puzzles, and games. The kids room is a very nice space. You are about 25 mins outside eureka springs where we ate most of our bigger meals and enjoyed the walking tour. The Managment team was helpful and responded quickly to questions etc. it was convenient to have a washer and dryer available so we could have all our clothes cleaned as we packed up to head back home. Overall it was a very nice vacation. It was just me, my husband, our adult son and our toddler and the home was very comfortable. I would say that from a group vacation perspective The layout is perfect for three couples with kids.
We really enjoyed this property. The house is a little off the beaten path but a wonderful home a fit our large family well. We really enjoyed the downstairs pool table room, the wonderful decks, and the fire pit area. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and the well-equipped. The property owners were very responsive to any questions. It has a wonderful boat dock and setting is beautiful. The driveway is a little intimidating but we were warned. We arrived well after dark on first day and I did not see the sign showing the entrance and exit of the drive. I was able to do it backwards the first night in both our AWD Honda CRV and our AWD Ford Expedition. The next day I noticed the sign and it was much easier the correct direction. We would definitely stay here again.
