Boat slip rentals available at the Marina! Please make arrangements with the marina (subject to availability!) There are restaurants nearby, golfing, fishing, lake sports... and Historic Eureka Springs is only 10 minutes away! Please read this entire listing - It is essential that ensure that this property will meet your expectations. Please check that it has your desired amenities. There is a grill outside. There are many great restaurants in the area in Holiday Island and Eureka Springs is only 10 minutes away. This condo is steps away from the Marina where you can rent a boat for the day, fish, swim, launch your kayaks and so much more. Holiday Island is also known for its great golf courses! Eureka Springs is just a short drive away with nightlife, shopping, dining and a vibrant art scene! Getting Around: Only one hour from Branson, Missouri and One hour from Bentonville, Arkansas. Surrounded by excellent Mountain Biking Trails, and Hiking Trails. Regional Fun: Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River. Float Trips! Adventure Mountain Outfitters can provide boats and shuttle service for you. If you have your own transportation, you can simply float from the Beaver Bridge and enjoy a 3.5 mile float back to the Marina below the house. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. Being on a budget, we took all our meat, veggies, cheese, etc, however to carry our food to top floor to use the kitchen wasn’t our cup of tea. We ended up eating our meals at a few restaurants. I rented the unit due to having a deck, grill, kitchen and king bed. Our room offered a queen. ##### Tina L.
