BLUE WATER DRIVE #65-4 (Sleeps six/1065 Sq. Feet) $170 per night (W$155)LAKESIDE, semi-secluded two-bedroom two-bathroom duplex. Beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout and decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 19' TV with DVD/VCR. Second bedroom has KING BED, 25' TV, and DVD/VCR. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV, DVD, stereo, and sliding glass doors to private deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. An adjoining door to #3 for groups. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. There are two parking spaces available. There are two parking spaces available. Together, both Blue Water Drive properties, 65-3 and 65-4, will sleep a total of 12 guests! Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Large level yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the yard. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. Had they been there, it would have been perfect for two couples. I would not want to sleep on the couch, but that is just me. Beds were comfortable, towels were abundant, and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, etc... We went to the local market and bought breakfast and lunch food and spent our days in Eureka Springs. It seems like forever to get out there, but after you make the trip back and forth to Eureka, it is really a short distance. Having stayed downtown for several years in a row, this was quiet and serene. Eureka is just too noisy for us to sleep. In all, if you are looking for a quiet restful place to stay and still take advantage of Eureka, then this is your place. Also, give the Gaskin's Family Steakhouse a try. It is between the house and Eureka, and I would certainly give it a 5\. The prime rib was outstanding. ##### TAMMIE O. Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### Kristina R. 1 Jul 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness #### Relaxing Getaway Not So Relaxing My best friend and I decided to take a little vacation to Eureka Springs. As soon as we arrived there was a musty smell inside the house (despite all the air fresheners around the house). Come to find out there was mold in the coffee pot and on the shower liners. (Makes you wonder if it’s in the HVAC Unit) We contacted the property management company, and they were very quick in helping fix some of the problems. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the beds-which were extremely uncomfortable. The beds aren’t made for relaxing or comfort. My friend and I both woke up in pain. The couch is also not comfortable. I couldn’t imagine someone trying to sleep on it. The hot tub was a nice thing to have. But there was some settlement at the bottom of it. We also found out that the Holiday Island Recreation Center Swimming Pool wasn’t for us to use. The owner/management company didn’t pay for rental guest to use it. Seems like that would be worth purchasing for their renters and a good selling point for rental guests to come and stay. ##### Kristina R. We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!!
