ON QUIET MOUNTAIN SIDE This spacious home featuring a vaulted ceiling, open common area floor plan and large kitchen sleeps up to 8, offers peace and quiet and beautiful wooded views! Bedrooms include King or Queen beds, ceiling fans, flat screen tv's and gorgeous views. Three of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and all bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The spa tub room offers a one person jetted bath tub and dressing area. The living and dining area features a large flat screen tv, gas fireplace, a large wrap around sofa and dining space for up to 8\. The kitchen island offers a small work space or additional counter space, while the kitchen itself offers everything needed including plenty of counter space. Large, sliding glass doors in the living area allow natural light, more wonderful views and access to a large back deck with more lovely views of the wooded surroundings and access to the fenced back yard. The laundry area features additional back deck access with a doggie door as well as built in folding counter and a built-in work station desk. Free WIFI is provided. There is a propane gas grill on the front deck for guests to use. SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY! There is room for 6 passenger cars. There is an external security doorbell camera. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. It was a nice place with plenty of room for 3 couples. Bedrooms were nice sizes and it was nice that each room had its own bathroom. Beds were pretty comfortable. They did have a few staples in the kitchen, but you might want to take your own coffee. They left two packets of coffee (each made 1 pot) for 6 people for 3 days…hardly enough. I noticed a musty smell when we walked in, and I am sure that is because it is a pet friendly home. There were also a couple of other issues regarding cleanliness. I did report the smell and the other issues, but nothing was done about it. I will say that when you are ready to check out, you better read the instructions well, because there is a fee attached to anything that isn’t done right. So if you have pets and want to take them along, it is a nice place to visit. I will probably look for a place that doesn’t allow pets next time. but I never got a response ##### Sandy M. We came home from an outing and it was 87° in the house we called the property manager. He came over tried to fix it said he had to call the AC guy that they would be back when they connected and we never heard from him again. I called him the following morning and he never returned my call. We also pointed out that the freezer in the refrigerator was a problem. It’s caked with ice and needs to be defrosted. We could barely open it. One of the bathrooms was dirty when we got there. And last night it was there I couldn’t even sleep in the bedroom because I found a 4 inch long brown scorpion in the bathroom . I would like at least a one night refund.
