There are two locked doors inside the unit that hold cleaning supplies.

Service for our guests is our absolute top priority. For this reason, we are available in many ways: by phone, text or email. We will not impose on your stay in any way but want to ensure our guests have the best communication possible.

There may be guests staying in the unit above you, so please respect quiet hours.

We do not accept pets at this location. If there is evidence of a pet, $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

Please be aware that we provide starting amounts of toiletries: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel per kitchen. Please consider your stay and bring additional supplies if needed. We will be unable to provide extra supplies once you have arrived.

We provide designated parking that is located just behind the building, allowing you to walk to all restaurants and entertainment downtown Eureka Springs. There are also 15 minute loading zones located in front of the building so you can unload your luggage before parking. This loft is also conveniently located on the trolley route.
