Nice property and great location just needed a little more cleaning.
Very nice property. Could have been cleaner. Bottom of the sliding shower doors in the master bath were dirty. The plates and silverware were dirty. The kitchen counter tops had sticky spots. I had Clorox wipes with me and used those to wipe down the areas. Hand washed the dishes and silverware.

Great property
I hosted my sister’s bachelorette weekend here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is so nice, and within an easy drive to downtown eureka springs. We enjoyed it!!

Absolutely Stunning
My friends and I very much enjoyed this house, it was huge and could accommodate all of us! It had a beautiful lay out, with an area downstairs in the garage as a game room! Had literally the best time! Would 1000 percent rent this vacation home again!

Loved It
We made a great choice when picking this house. Plenty of room for our group. Conveniently located to fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and gorgeous motorcycle roads. HWY 125 is in my top 3 motorcycle roads in the US. There is plenty of parking, two fire pits, and a back deck. Other reviews mentioned a shortage of towels, garbage bags, and dishes. We found there was plenty of these items for our group of 10.

Holiday getaway
Clean, rooms and beds were spacious and comfy. Plenty of towels. No dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, or large garbage bags were provided and the shampoo was out in a couple of the shower dispensers., but we were able to find some. Some minor issues with the hot tub not working that Tim was able to assist with promptly. Overall it was a relaxing week away with family.

Relaxing, spacious, game room
Our family of six (four teenagers) had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The game room kept the boys entertained every evening while the girls relaxed in the hot tub. If you plan to leave the house a lot it isn't the most convenient location. We went to Branson, Eureka Springs, and Roaring River. It took 15 mintues just to get out of Holiday Island. We loved it though and would definitely stay again. Tim was very responsive the couple of times we contacted him.

It was a beautiful house!!
It was a beautiful house, it was stocked like a timeshare condo rather than a home so we had to go get a lot of supplies. The house sleeps 12 but has enough dishes and cups for 6???? It was very clean and it was a beautiful home, we had no big problems getting in once we called the manager who was very nice and helpful but the online instructions were incorrect. The Hot tub had way too much chemical in it as it burned some of the ladies skin for a bit but went away pretty easily so we just stayed out of it. The "bedroom" with the twin beds was interesting, it feels like that is truly the dining room and it was converted but the separation between it and the kitchen is a neat design. All in all we were very pleased!!

Relaxing in the Treetops
We had ou selves and our three grown daughters and families in this beautiful house for six days. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space to themselves, plenty of bathrooms, a game room and a well stocked kitchen. It was close enough to Eureka Springs but very picturesque up in the hills overlooking the lake. When out on the deck or dining area , you literally felt like you were in a treehouse!! We enjoyed watching the hawks. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and we all enjoyed our time in it! Tim was always happily available to answer any questions. We would have loved to use the fire pits, but it was either too windy or raining. Next time for sure!
