Cozy split level 2 bedroom cottage, perfectly located near Trolly stop, with private hot tub, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, and access to pool. Restaurants are located within minutes. Comes with breakfast including homemade quiche, muffins, banana bread, hot and cold cereals, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, etc. Great location in town tucked away in a private wooded setting. Beautiful cottage and conveniently located. Cottage and hot tub were very clean. Breakfast and use of the swimming pool were an added bonus. We will definitely be returning.

Quick getaway

Cottage was very quaint and clean! Perfect for 2 people! It had 3 stairs down to bedroom, 3 stairs up to kitchen and bathroom and then 3 stairs up to second bedroom! A little different but doable! Loved the hot tub very relaxing! The front desk was very helpful and very nice if you needed anything! Will stay there again!

Hidden gem

This is a great place to stay. All the convenience of being close to everything in town while having all the privacy of being in the woods. Clean and comfortable patsy is a great host. We have stayed here 2 times and have already book our next visit.

A Beautiful Getaway

The landscaping is outstanding, the cottage is cute and comfortable, and the breakfast got me going in the morning. An excellent place to retreat to after a fun day in Eureka Springs.

Perfect

The location was perfect for the activities we had while in town for just one night. Tucked away behind a hotel amidst the trees makes it a private oasis. Setting was beautiful. Free breakfast was terrific and the beds super comfy. Would stay again!

Hubby and I loved this cottage. It was a great location tucked back on the main strip, hop, skip and a jump away from historic Main Street. Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice property and well maintained. The host was very helpful and very prompt with her responses to my questions. It was a perfect location for everywhere that we wanted to go. The check-in process was easy and the staff were very personable and helpful. The private hot tub and the the breakfast were nice additions.

Quiet retreat

The layout was perfect for togetherness and privacy. Loved the bedrooms on opposite sides of the cabin. Outdoor patio was relaxing with nature. Hot tub was added bonus

Nature cottage

This property was in the woods with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the birds while sitting on the deck. The property was clean and provided a relaxing space when we came back from exploring Eureka Springs. The location was convenient to access all of Eureka Springs and surrounding area. Thanks!

We love this property

We come to eureka springs every other year to visit family . We will only stay here, if it’s available . It’s everything the two of us need. It’s secluded. The beds are super comfy and we totally enjoy the hot tub. It is close to everything. Eureka springs is a beautiful , underrated part of the country. We will be back

Dated and dusty

Needed updating and an overall deep clean, hot tub smelled moldy, the Jets didn’t work properly and the temperature couldn’t be turned down. A decent rental, bathroom was updated and very nice and landscaping all around was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.

A fantastic reset

We booked the Garden Cottage for my birthday and it was everything we wanted and more. A spacious hot tub, cozy interior, and surrounded by BEAUTIFUL foliage. We even saw some deer in the morning! Next time we visit we I’ll be coming right back here. Very close to down town Eureka.

Quirky Cabin

Kids would love it! We loved it, but adults with mobility issues may have trouble. Several steps between each room. Good king beds. Lovely gardens and great breakfast!

Simply wonderful

Cute little cottage with 2 brms , one bath. We spent one night , 4 in our party . The bedrooms are separated and with king cozy beds in each. This cottage was clean and close to everything. The plus is a breakfast the next day. Definitely a great place affordable, clean and a little secluded.
