The unit is the right size for one or two people. It has a modern, clean design with a fully working kitchenette with a stove, oven and microwave. A luxurious bathroom with a spa-like shower is made from a gorgeous subway tile from floor to ceiling. The shower head is next level. The covered deck is where I spent the early morning with a cup of coffee and a good book. The building is remarkably quiet, which is rare in community buildings.
