Fully furnished kitchen and lovely hardwood floors throughout. Washer/drier available. Lovely yard with magical yard art and back deck. Weekly rental. Rent entire house with choice of 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. When you rent MDC, the WHOLE house is yours, regardless how many bedrooms you choose. You pick the time you plan to stay. Rates determined by length of stay, number of guests, and number of bedrooms. Special rates available for longer stays. Call or email for quotes. Additional days start at $99.00 - $110.00\. Sleeps up to 6 people. Plenty of parking. We are located at 23 Fairmount St, only a short walk to downtown and only 1/2 block from a trolley stop. (For those who have never been to Eureka, please note that our little town is populated with many very steep hills.) My husband and our two teen boys stayed here for the weekend. The house was clean and provided all we needed. Eureka Springs is a great town and the cottage is up a steep hill from the downtown area. But walkable if you can handle it. You can also drive down if needed and you'll find parking.
