We had a very nice stay here. We are a family of five. It is located near downtown but is very private. It's very clean and we enjoyed the decks of course. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended for a fun stay in Eureka Springs.

Amazing property and made for a great home base while we explored the city and surrounding hiking trails. My dog loved it and surprisingly wasn't afraid at all when a storm rolled through. Very clean and loved the outdoor space. Only negative, there was only a French press for coffee, and I'm not that fancy.

This property was beautiful! It had lots of decks and a cool fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the set up was perfect for 5-6 people. It advertises it can accommodate 8 but I think it could only accommodate 6 comfortably as there are only two beds and there's a couch upstairs that 2 people could sleep on. My only complaints is that the refrigerator was a bit small, like a hotel fridge and didn't hold a lot, We were there for three days and I had four teenagers so brought lots of food) and that the refrigerator was dirty when we got there, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and there was bedding left in the shower. The host was very easy to talk to and very nice. Overall 4.5/5!

When we go to Eureka, we usually try to stay close to the main strip, but we decided to venture off this year and we don’t regret it at all. This place was wonderful. We really enjoyed how unique the place was and fit all of us comfortably. The outdoor seating balconies and deck were perfect. Added touch to our weekend.
