There is two houses on the property, but the rental is separately fenced off and has privacy. We chose the Hum Bee studio because it took dogs and it was close to old town. We ended up loving everything about the place. It was a great location close enough to walk to old town but far enough away to be very quiet. It was clean, neat, and quite cozy and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. But I found it clean and comfortable and welcoming. I sure I hope I can stay here next time. I’ve stayed in other places in Eureka and they were kinda worn down by moisture and age. This place felt fresh. There’s a gas fireplace and a gas heater. The hot water is good. Lots of outlets (would be nice to add an outlet with USB port). From what I saw the dishes were nice.
