Super clean, quiet room, well stocked, nice complimentary breakfast, comfortable bed and extra couch in room, very convenient location, super affordable. Whenever we're in Eugene, we prefer to stay here, be it picking up visitors, going to a basketball game across the street at University of Oregon, or getting into town on a late flight or coming into town for a fun event.
Had a room above industrial laundry machine- had to ask for a different room because of noise. Staff person was unhelpful to get me another room and seem put out by request- simple customer service skill; help your customer get what they paid for. Lame
The lady working dayshift front desk was extremely rude and would not let me finish organizing my car because it was after checkout. She was very unprofessional and not polite nor courteous. I am a first responder and needed to get my vehicle prepared for the next assignment and there was no one else in the parking lot when she insisted that I leave immediately. I’ve stayed there previously with no issues, but I I will not stay there again as she was extremely rude. The gentleman working night shift , however, was very professional and very helpful when I checked in.

The main draw to this is proximity to UofO campus or the Football Stadium. If "basic" was a hotel room, this would be pictured. Room was very underwhelming and found a hair in the shower. They had a placard to tell you how much all of the items in the room cost (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, alarm clock, it was all there), it was that kind of place.
Do not come here if you are remotely a light sleeper or bring multiple sound machines. We could hear through the walls to the outside and our neighbors, and the individual footsteps of people walking above us.
The staff was friendly and had online check in and out which was great. otherwise my recommendation would be to pass if you have other options.

This property definitely needs a remodel. I don’t know how the sink in the bathroom was staying on the wall it was leaning downward so far. The front desk clerk told us several times that if we damaged anything in the ”his” room we would be charged. Made you think it was really nice inside. It definitely wasn’t. Seriously wondered if we leaned on the sink at all we would be charged for the damage! I’m sure the cleaners did an efficient job cleaning but the room was in such bad condition it just felt dirty.

The place in general was good. Our room (206) was in need of some basic maintenance. The shower rod was falling off the wall, sink faucet was loose, toilet seat was loose, towel rack over the toilet was loose, but the room was clean. For a place to sleep it was ok!
We were there on Oct. 15 and it was still quite warm. Yet, the nice pool was “closed for the season,” until Memorial Day.
The room was basically clean — except baseboards were covered with dust and had obviously been forgotten..
And while rooms were a nice travellers’ upgrade from Motel 6 (accompanied by a significant price increase), the bathroom was super tight, to the point where you could barely close the door once inside.
Beds and pillows were comfortable however.
Breakfast ended at 9:30; we expected it would be until 10, but at 9:45 we were told to go away.
The evening girl who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The weekend day guy not so much; a bit rude, actually.
0verall, a solid 4 for the price.
This isn't fancy place by any means but it is very clean. No weird smells. Linens were very nice. The location can't be beat if you are visiting the University, attending a basketball game there and even the walk to the Autzen begins right from the hotel. There was always somebody at the front desk ready to help in any way they could. Good reservation updates and easy fees to get late check out or have a pet.
It was next to a nice pizza place. But needs some upgrades for sure. The outlets didn’t work well too wide and had to mess with them to get phone to charge. Was clean just need updated. Staff was nice.

Location is great. Sad they shut the pool after Labor Day as the weather was superb. Water pressure is sink and shower is less than adequate. Surroundings were better than average. Jas is supreme. Breakfast not worth mentioning or having. Late night TV options were firsat rate. Overall a very fine pick, hard to do better and especially for the price.
Unfortunately it was not a good experience—don’t book room 100! The shower & sink water did not drain making it so only 1 person could shower and sleep was practically impossible due to traffic noice. Beds are very very firm. The staff was indifferent to my comments and made no effort to rectify the situation nor even offer an apology. Parking is extremely tight. On a positive note, the young woman checking is in was very polite & helpful. There are better choices nearby!
