Family friendly! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 7 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to UofO campus and 15 minutes to airport! Updated, tastefully furnished house, with all stainless appliances, incredible kitchen with all the tools you need for your next chef's meal! Full size W/D in laundry room. Working wood burning fireplace, expansive fenced-in private backyard and deck with firepit means you can enjoy your evenings listening to nature or sipping your favorite beverage. Backyard gas Grill, hammock, bird feeders and patio table set ensures you'll enjoy the relaxation with your favorite beverage. Lots of trails for hiking nearby, bike lane right out front if two wheelin' is your thing, and just off the bus line. Take a daytrip to the Oregon coast! We're just 1 mile off of HWY 126 (you'll be at the Oregon Coast in less than an hour, or head east to the scenic Mckenzie River and local hotsprings!)
