Comfortably equipped and warmly decorated, a mix of contemporary furniture and flea markets, it is a charming enclave, in a residential area, surrounded by nature and quiet. In the heart of the Bois de Cise, a classified site sheltering a very diverse fauna and flora, numerous paths wind towards the sea and the cliffs, accessible in 10 minutes on foot from the house. Completely renovated in 2018-2019, the house is located in the heart of Bois de Cise, on a private and enclosed wooded plot of 1100 m², which is home to squirrels and all kinds of birds. A charming house, detached house of 110 m², with a large terrace overlooking the woods, which can accommodate 8 people, nestled in the Bois de Cise, a listed natural site, a few minutes walk from the sea and the cliffs. It has 4 bedrooms, one of which has an office area and reading room, 2 bathrooms, a living room with wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a large equipped terrace on one level, and a laundry room. You have full use of the house and the wooded garden (garden furniture and deckchairs available). Private parking on the property allows for maximum parking of two cars.
