"Stayed in the treehouse and it was excellent. The view of the sunset was visible and I slept like a baby each night. Will definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly the dinner options were great. Breakfast options were limited but what was there was tasty. Relatively close to the Rock churches so that was good."

The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. "I have traveled the world with my family, and HIGHLY recommend the Mayleko Lodge. I selected the lodge at random, and was glad I did. The service was incredible. The Hotel Manger paid personal visits to our room to ensure that we were doing well, and in one case noted we were late for breakfast, and offered to arrange room service so we would not miss our breakfast. "VERY friendly staff. I stayed 3 weeks had no complaints except for occasional very minor glitches … normal for that duration. Those were addressed instantly. Room soon felt like a comfortable and familiar “nest” in Addis. Two restaurants were better than most external restaurants. Recommend."
