Room was a lot smaller than envisaged based on description of a Queen room and the shower left a lot to be desired - wouldn’t stay in the higher position for me so had to hold the shower head, spray itself was poor and sliding door had black mould on.

Super clean room with fridge and microwave and ensuite shower toilet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Late check in was no problem. Breakfast selection was pretty good.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever had, perfect combination of firm and soft. The interior of the room was clean and a little on the shabby side. The hotel is not centrally located, more in a suburban area which is pleasant to walk around. Nothing fancy, very utilitarian feel.

Parking was really safe, weird hours for reception opening and closing and it was a little tricky to get in once the reception is closed. Good for a journey south as a quick stop over. Halls smelt of damp but the rooms were clean and nice. No option for a evening meal and bar service closed at 8pm, ...
