"The house was as described on the site. It was clean and in good condition. The contact with the host was excellent. He provided some nice food and drinks upon our arrival. In walking distance there is a cosy small village and a big lake with sandy shores. A short drive brings you to the Atlantic ocean, where the sandy beach is wide and beautiful. Life guards were present in July. No problem to park the car and parking was spacious and cheap.As we wanted to use the house as a base to visit nice places around it (like the city of Bordeaux), we noticed the road to get to the motorway was a bit slow and at some times with dense traffic. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at this nice place."

"Great location Very clean apartment I only realized when I arrived there that this is not really a hotel. The description could be a updated to add that you are expected to make your own bed and unmake it before leaving… maybe is a normal thing in France. For the price I paid, I found it odd."
