Room for everyone!
The home is spacious, and was very clean. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. There was plently of cooking gear in the kitchen for making big meals, which we always do. The beds were comfortbale- there are so many beds in this house I lost count! Two big couches, lots of room for everyone to spread out. A wonderful screened in porch area. Upper and lower level decks were beautiful. Plenty of hot water. Some big flatheads in that cove, fishing right off the dock. They like garlic and red koolaid hotdogs best. I needed to contact the owners, simply due to spring at the lake the hot tub needed cleaned, and they responded right away and fixed the problem immediatly. We come down a few times a year, and this will now be our go to rental each time. This home would def be big enough for bigger groups! Oh, and a wii and plenty of board games too! 5 stars on this one for sure!

Great family get away!
We had a great time! The owners are so nice and very accommodating! One of my favorite things about this place....my daughter is a gourmet cook and she travels with some of her cooking supplies. The kitchen at Jackson's Retreat was so well stocked with everything she needed that she did not have to break out her own cookware.

Quiet Break on the Lake
We travelled with family for a party nearby. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We had direct contact with the owners who were kind and welcoming. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. The neighborhood was quiet and the wildlife (while noisy at night) were plentiful. Beautiful families of deer and fawns visited nightly. They had experienced some damage to the docks with recent storms (which they notified us about). It didn’t affect our stay but we appreciated the heads up! When visiting the area in the future we would definitely consider staying again.

Great week at the lake!
Great place for a comfortable and convenient week at a beautiful lake. House was extremely well stocked, beds were comfortable, boat launch right in the neighborhood, and great boat dock down the hill. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Home on the Lake
My family (Me, my husband, and 3 adult children) had a wonderful time. Our dogs were able to come with us and also loved it. One of them wanted to stay! The home had lots of space and areas that we could work remotely on Friday. The description was spot on. I appreciated the quick communication and the kindness of the host. The setting was beautiful. It was a walk t the lake (about 100 steps with benches halfway up) however, it was nice to be on a hill, with lots of trees and privacy. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, playing games, and the hot tub!

Girls cabin weekend

Great getaway
The house had plenty room for our family getaway. We loved the porch sitting. The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding tv's in the bedrooms or at least the master. I didn't notice they didn't have them when booking. The host were very prompt in responding when I had questions.

Home Away From Home
Looking to get away and relax, look no further. This property will provide a comfortable stay for everyone. The home is very well equipped and the hosts are amazing. They welcomed my entire family. The location is great with stores, marinas and restaurants within a short distance. We came here to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our entire family and a great time was had by all. I highly recommend this home.

Spring break getaway
We took a short trip over our spring break and this was the perfect getaway. The house was quiet, clean, and well stocked. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and easy to rent from. Would definitely return again!

Weekend family getaway
Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway to Tim's Ford lake. The house has a great view to enjoy from the back deck, and a screened in porch that was perfect for coffee and watching the sunrise. When a thunderstorm cut short our boating time, we had a great time staying in and playing board games. One of our new favorite family getaway places!

Spacious Family Fun
There was plenty of room to spread out in this spacious home. Our kids loved having their own space for watching movies, playing games, and bunking. Although the water was low, the kids enjoyed exploring the lake bed and kayaking in the cove. The hot tub and the hammock were perfect places for mom and dad to relax and listen to the kids play. The home felt like a home away from home!

We had a truly great stay at Rebecca's lakefront home. Firstly, she is the best communicator and super responsive. The rules of the house are very clear and every question that you might have is answered in the document that she sends out before the stay. I loved this. The house is very well appointed to host 3 couples, or a large extended family. We cooked all of our meals there and found everything that we needed, including a nice grill. We rented a boat at Tim's Ford Marina (would definitely recommend this as well) and loved being able to stop easily at the house, utilizing the dock. We sat down on the dock and watched the sunset and then on the super comfy couches to watch SEC football. Can't wait to come back. It is such a bonus that we were allowed to bring our dogs! Thank you Rebecca!!

Week of July 4th Family Get-Away
Our extended family stayed for the week of July 4. We rented a pontoon boat for the week from the marina at the Tims Ford State Park. Great week! The house was very clean and had lots of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. We were able to keep the pontoon tied to the house's floating dock. The location of the house is excellent with respect to the lake. It is on a part of the lake that is near two marinas but less boat traffic compared to other parts of the lake. We also were able to fish in the cove form the dock. Not a great view of the lake from the house, but the location made up for that.

Awesome experience!
Rebecca was an awesome host! The property had everything that was listed and very clean. Loved that they had a boat dock so we can park the boat while we grill out at the house. I had friends coming from different states and some arrive earlier then check in time. She made sure and have everything cleaned early so we could check in a little earlier which we really appreciated. Overall an awesome experience and would highly recommend!

Lovely Lakefront home with perfect location and many amenities
This was such a beautiful lake property and an amazing place to stay. I will be back next year for sure and would recommend it to anyone. Rebecca and Dan were so friendly and always responded to any questions that we might have had. There was an easy check in process. I have honestly never stayed in a house as fully stocked as this one. Anything you could think of needing when staying away from home was available in the kitchen. This place is decorated so lovely and is the most clean rental I have ever seen. The hot tub on the deck was also amazing. Not only is the house super comfortable to stay in, but the location on the lake with their private dock was a great place for the kids to kayak, canoe and fish. Beds were very comfortable and everything was just perfect. Thank you. 5 Stars.

Great house in a super serene location. We enjoyed the paddle boat on the cove and felt like we were in a hot tub tree house when soaking on the deck.. It was a fantastic get away. (Kitchen has anything you can think of needing.)

Exactly as Advertised
I found this listing within 20 minutes of doing an online search of the area. The owners communicated enough and made themselves available to us prior, during, and following our family stay, however, there was no need for us to reach out to them due to their provision of notes, rules, local activity suggestions and their stocking of basic needs. We kayaked, hiked, fellowshipped, and slept great. Definitely recommend this location.
