This cozy 2-bedroom, 0.75-bath retreat boasts stunning park and mountain views, surrounded by towering trees for the ultimate tranquility. Relax and unwind in the inviting living room with a wood stove to keep you warm on chilly evenings. With a 3-night minimum stay, this 886-square-foot cabin offers up to 4 guests a peaceful escape. Please note that our gorgeous home is reserved preferably for adults, ensuring a serene atmosphere for your stay. Sorry, no kids under 12 or pets allowed. Book your stay today and make memories to last a lifetime! \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE\*\* Booking this property gives access to the cabin and entry to RMNP for use of the private cabin. However, the reservation does not include recreational access to the Park. You will need to acquire the proper ticket/reservation or pass to recreate in the Park Vacation Rental Agreement- This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will notify the Renters by email when their reservation is accepted. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released. Cleaning Policy: The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager. Reservation Policy: We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following: 1\. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by our negligence. 2\. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival. 3\. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See disclaimer below. 4\. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items. 5\. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through. 6\. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows 7\. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions. 8\. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. 9\. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $50 for unbagged trash. 10\. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging. 11\. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50 12\. This is not a party house. 13\. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. 14\. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the property manager. 15\. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum stated occupancy. 16\. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to extra rental charges. 17\. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental. 18\. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of the cancellation policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Disclaimer: Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area. And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances. Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for intentional acts of harm. This agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party. We come up to this area every year and by far this was the best time we have had. It's rare to visit a place and never want to leave the house 😂. It was so quiet & peaceful. Just sitting & watching out the windows was a vacation in itself. The night sky views were awesome. Definitely a unique experience staying in the National Park. Well stocked kitchen with space to meal prep & plenty of fridge/freezer space. Room for extra guests or kids if you want. Great place for hiking, fishing or just relaxing. ##### Megan B. Or simply sitting back, looking at the mountains while listening to classical music. All of this is possible while staying at Ypsilon cabin inside Rocky Mountain Nation Park. If you can let go of cell phones, TVs and the Internet for a few days (all of which are available just a short drive from the cabin, then Ypsilon is just the place for you. Lots to do and great restaurants in Estes Park, or make your meals in the state of the art kitchen. You may never want to leave. ##### Donna d. The property manager sent a plumber after I did this, so it drained well on the day we left. The lack of trash removal or bear proof trash cans was a problem in that we had to take our trash to town. My friend was bit by possibly a spider in bed and this caused a stir. The space under the bed was dirty and full of cobwebs Otherwise, the kitchen, living room and location were wonderful. ##### Beth M.
