The home was clean, well equipped, and very close to the downtown Estes Park and quick access to RMNP. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were ample size for our needs. Most everything was in working order (tub faucet leaked and some of the windows wouldn't open.) We would not hesitate to return. ##### Dave S. The location was great and close proximity to the venue and downtown Estes Park. Cutely decorated and clean, the space worked great for our family. The location was walking distance to downtown and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the grand dogs. A few maintenance repairs could make this property even better (drawer slides in kitchen and bathroom and balancing of heat vents). All in all we enjoyed our time there. ##### Karin & Len W. Equipped beyond expectation. The only negatives about the property was that the heating and air conditioning did not work in the living room and two of the beds measured out to be full size although advertised as queen.
