Estes Park Registration #6139 When you walk in the front door you enter into the living room which includes a large HDTV screen and a wood burning stove. Steps away on the main floor is the primary suite which offers luxury at its finest with a King size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with separate soaker tub and shower. The Entire Home There is also a second bedroom on the main floor with a King bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The dining room off of the large kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Step out onto the large deck and enjoy all the views of the mountains while cooking on the gas grill. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and crib, and one with two Twin beds. Off the hallway is a third full bath. Upstairs is a sitting area or kids play area. A fifth bedroom is on the lower lever with a King bed, and an additional full bath. The home is located a couple of blocks from Mary’s Lake. Unlike a lot of properties I find online, this one was even bigger than the pictures made it seem. And the location is hard to beat. You can be inside Rocky Mountain National Park in less than five minutes. And the kids loved the game room downstairs. The only slight downside is no air conditioning, but even in July we could just leave the windows open at night to cool the house. It was very spacious so we all had ample privacy to decompress after exploring Estes Park all day. The hot tub was a nice feature. It was also nice to have a full sized washer and drier. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated and well used, but suited us just fine. The beds were comfy with the exception of the 2 twin mattresses. We didn't realize the home doesn't have central air conditioning, but once we started drawing the curtains to keep the midday sun out of us house and utilized the many fans in the house we were very comfortable. ##### Kari V. We were not disappointed at all! We loved our stay at this property. All the space, the games, and the coziness. Beautiful view!! We loved that it had all the utensils we needed to prepare a meal.
