Perfect girls weekend
The private hot tub and ample sleeping arrangements are what drew 5 women to this listing for our annual getaway. It was the snacks and drinks in the well stocked kitchen, walking to a bakery and restaurant or driving a short distance for hiking, staring at the star lit sky from the hot tub and enjoying a morning coffee with the sunrise against the Rockies and more is found at this location. Highly recommend.

Good location
Very comfortable with plenty of room! Hot tub was a nice bonus. Kitchen very adequate and well stocked with skillets, utensils, casserole dishes, a crock pot, cookie sheets and muffin pans. Small grocery store within walking distance and park entrance is 5 minutes away.
The property was exactly as depicted and was exceptionally clean on arrival. As regulars to the RMNP area, we will certainly rebook this property in the future.
We enjoyed the property. The location was really great and the views were wonderful. The hot tub was great! The house doesn’t have AC and we weren’t informed until check in so be aware. And the house doesn’t cool if there’s no breeze and it’s warm outside. One night it didn’t get below 76. Add a memory foam topper to the main floor master and get AC and we would be repeat customers.

STUNNING VIEW, Clean Spacious Beautiful House Near the National Park
We absolutely LOVED our stay and would absolutely come back!!!! The owners were extremely courteous and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. For first timers in the area, the amazing level of customer service provided by the owners, and the coziness of this house with a stunning view was incredible. We felt at home! The house was very clean, spacious (3 bedrooms, two full baths and 1 half bath), amazing kitchen, laundry, dining and living area and felt warm, nice and new. From the bottom and top floors there are amazing views of the mountains. When we learned it was going to snow during our time at the house we contacted the owners about our snow concerns and impact to our travel and they were very accommodating. They responded quickly to our concerns and a snow shovel was provided. We are truly grateful for such an amazing experience staying at this beautiful home.
We were so lucky to book this beautiful property for our week-long visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our group of six included grandparents, parents, kids, and the 3/2.5 house was a good fit for us. It is ideally located about a mile from the Beaver Meadow Visitor Center, eliminating the daily commute through Estes Park and leaving more time for hiking. The open floor plan and soaring ceilings make the house feel even larger than it is. The living and dining rooms have huge windows which offer great views of the mountains. making mealtime a real joy. The kitchen is large and airy and very well equipped, with plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. We were surprised at all the spices and even sugar left for our use. The beds were good and there were plenty of towels. Some amenities, like the washer/dryer, half bath, Cuisinart blender, and outdoor grill, got a LOT of use. The kids enjoyed the DVD player and the games, including chinese checkers and cribbage. While everyone else hiked for miles, I stayed in to knit, comfy on the leather furniture and drinking in the views. The property was visited by bunnies, ground squirrels, a mule deer and several elk while we were there, and the kids really loved that. Even the full moon seemed especially gorgeous shining through the enormous front windows, and I stayed up a few nights just to enjoy it. We had so much fun, we hated to leave. If this property is available for your visit to EP, BOOK IT!
Clean, high quality, good for families, Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Hot tub worked great. Very close to park entrance Good value

Spectacular!
Absolutely lovely! We loved staying at this property with our family visiting from the Midwest. The views were spectacular and the home was everything we needed and more. A trip to remember!
The house was perfect! All updated and very comfortable. Works great for kids as they can hang out in the loft area while adults are downstairs. Convenient location for getting to the park and far enough away from the tourist section to feel a little more secluded, but close enough to drive to town in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!!
Home was very clean & spacious! Loved sitting on the covered front porch looking at the mountains. Have your camera ready as Elk walked through the front yard several times during our stay. Location is convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park, restaurants, gas & grocery store. We would recommend this place & would stay here again next time we get to visit RMNP.
Laura and Thomas put a lot of effort into making sure their guests feel at home. The property is extremely well kept, clean, and has just about every amenity you need. We were also conveniently located 5 min from the park entrance and top notch restaurants.
The neighbors were incredibly nice as well. A group of handsome fellows helped pull our car out of a thick patch of snow.
We also saw a ton of elk roaming around. Nice.
This was very conveniently located right off the road that takes you East into town or West into RMNF. The rooms were all very spacious with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms in 2 of the 3 rooms. The loft was perfect for our 18 year old to set up his own space and spread out. The kitchen had everything we could’ve needed and was appreciated as we used it often. The living room was super cozy and had the most comfortable couches. We enjoyed several movie nights snuggled up and hanging out with one another. The hot tub was a fun bonus and we took full advantage of it.
We love visiting Estes Park and will definitely consider this spot again should we need a larger space.
Clean, well stocked, & right outside RMNP entrance
This house was immaculate and perfect for our family vacation. Because of the close proximity to the RMNP Beaver Meadows Entrance, we easily drove into the park each sunrise and sunset to see wildlife and were rewarded with seeing a bull moose at Sprague Lake twice during our week stay (side note: we bought a 7 day RMNP pass for an extra $10 so we could enjoy the park whenever we wanted). We also saw a herd of moose right outside the property and then across the way. The house was very well stocked - my daughter cooked dinner and was very pleased with what she found in the cabinets, which saved us a considerable amount of money by not eating out each night. We even needed a screw driver to put batteries in my grand-daughter's new toy and were surprised to find one available. I had several questions before our visit and the owners responded quickly and helpfully. We would love to be able to stay here again if we ever returned to the area.

Amazing
We absolutely loved our stay here! The view was stunning. I loved waking up every morning to the mountains. We felt like we were in the country by ourselves, but it was just a short distance from town and the entrance to RMNP. Estes Park is CROWDED in August, so the house was in a perfect location. We could take the loop around downtown and the entrance to the park was just a stop light away, so it was easy to avoid all the congestion. I was worried about traffic noise because it looked close to the busy highway in the pictures, but we never heard a thing. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding, so we had lots of family staying in town also. The location was also perfect for them to stop by the house on their way to and from the RMNP for a meal or cup of coffee on the porch.
The house was out of this world! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked and such a joy to cook in. We didn’t eat out the entire length of our stay. The weather was hot, but the house was always cool and comfortable. Laura’s personal touches with her own one of a kind designs are beautiful. Laura was an amazing host. She left us a welcome basket of snacks and lots of brochures of local things to do and maps. She made everything easy. We had to call her a few times and she was so nice and helpful!
My only suggestion is to make the house number on the outside more visible. My mom arrived first and she drove away because the black numbers on the brown were hard to see.

The description and photos were not clear for this listing. We asked beforehand about the bedrooms and baths and were told they were all 3 en-suite…this was important because we were 3 couples traveling together…but they were not. 2 are en-suite and one is not. Unfortunately this house did not live up to its 10 star rating…the linens were not good at all. The sheets were thread bare, dingy, and mismatched. The upstairs en-suite bedroom had hair all over a pillowcase and small little black pebbles under the fitted sheet, and the quilt has stains on it. The 2 en-suite bedrooms have very uncomfortable mattresses. Some of the towels in all the bathrooms were stained with either make up, mascara, or dried blood…yuck. We had plenty of towels though and it was fine. The floors downstairs were not clean…very dusty and gritty. The carpet also could use a good cleaning. I understand that things happen and people have off days. I have told the rental co. and they are going to check with the cleaners and notify the owners of the need for new linens. I like to leave honest reviews, because I like to read reviews before I make a reservation. The Great part…the house was in a Great location, very convenient to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park!! The view from the house is awesome and we loved seeing elk, mule deer, prairie dogs and birds right at the house!
