Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of rushing water in this quiet condo unit on the banks of Fall River (Permit 6122). Our fully equipped 2br home is 2 minutes from downtown Estes Park\`s best food and drink, and 6 minutes to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy king beds, a lush lawn with picnic tables, and a patio with a grill allow for a relaxing mountain stay.
