Quiet and relaxing home near the national park.

  • Nestled against a mountainside and a short walk away from the Big Thompson river, this townhome offers beautiful surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere. It has a Victorian-style exterior, beautifully decorated interior, and a porch with glider swing to enjoy the refreshing mountain air and wildlife that frequent the area.

    The townhome is located in the quaint Blue Spruce Village neighborhood - a quiet, private community just outside the city limits of Estes Park. It is situated in the 2nd row of homes, not directly on the river, but very close. Guests have access to the section of river that runs the length of the neighborhood.

    The boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park is a short distance west of the property. It's only 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the national park and 3 miles to downtown Estes Park.
