This property has it all: riverfront, private pond, hammocks, a deck overlooking the river, covered porch, custom tree house, game area and hot tub, all within walking distance to town. You won’t find another property like this is Estes Park. Located on the banks of the Upper Thompson River, this beautiful home offers you the best outdoor amenities possible. There is over 1000 feet of riverfront, so bring your rod and enjoy some of the best fishing in the area. (ID # 6123) There is a large private pond with a waterfall where you will enjoy feeding the fish and listening to the sounds of the waterfall, fish food provided. A 150 square foot deck overlooking the river and over 600 square feet of covered porch that offers great options for gathering with your family and friends. This property has something for everyone, including the kids with a large custom-built tree house overlooking the river. There is a hammock area where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and maybe enjoy a well-deserved nap after a day in the park. There is so much to do on this property you may not want to leave or go inside. When you do decide to go inside, this home offers you quality, comfortable, accommodations with water views from most every window in this over 3000 square foot home. We begin with a large living room, with multiple sitting areas, a gas fireplace, shuffle board, wall games including Boss Toss, a large table to gather for board games and large 70” TV. Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, large pantry that makes it enjoyable to prepare meals. When meals are ready, ring the outdoor bell that calls everyone to the dining room with a table large enough for everyone to eat together and a wet bar located just off the living room. There are five sleeping areas including a primary bedroom with a king bed, separate bath, TV and sitting area with views of the river. The second bedroom has a queen bed with separate bath and views of the river. The Third bedroom has 2 queen beds with a separate bath. The Fourth bedroom is upstairs and has six twin beds, a play area and views of the river and pond. There are games and toys for children located in the closet. The Fifth sleeping area offers a daybed that is located just off the primary bedroom. Great property with close proximity to town. Hot tub, tree fort, pond with fish to feed and privacy with areas to have a fire or relax by the river. Only reason we gave 4 stars is because the bedroom upstairs has plenty of toys but not great if you are a parent who needs to be near their children at all. It is an expansive bedroom with several twin sized beds and its own bathroom but, if you have a 4 year old or younger and want to sleep apart, it presents a challenge. Our family of 10 loved everything about the property!!! Feeding the pond fish daily was a hit with the 12,10,2 year grandkids. Fishing daily in the mtn stream for the adult men was thoroughly enjoyed. The BOSS TOSS was a HIT with everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed! (Very well stocked) In fact, the coffee pot wasn’t working, we notified the office and a brand new machine was delivered promptly!! The treehouse, games, toys, videos all a hit with the grandkids. The property was perfect location for easy access to Main Street Estes park and RMNP entrance. The sleeping & bathroom accommodations worked perfectly for our family. Everything we were expecting from listing description, the previous reviews and our answered questions was just as described!! Was pleasantly surprised the daily ELK that visited the property and mtn stream in front of the property. We LOVED the covered patio dining. This worked great for our family.
