Estes Park Vacation Rental License #6076 Newer 2000 sq ft home, riverfront, close to Town & RMNP Summer Guests- This home has air conditioning which is very rare in Estes Park!! Riverside Lodge is perfectly situated with prime upstream and downstream views of the Big Thompson River. Top it all off with the backdrop of Prospect Mountain and you have the perfect Rocky Mountain retreat. From Riverside Lodge it is just a short walk into the Town of Estes Park and an easy 1.5 mile drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. The main level great room has a gas fireplace to gather at with river and mountain views all around...no artwork needed on these walls! This is simply the ideal family gathering place with its adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. Gaze out to take in the perfectly clear Colorado sky, river and mountain views!! From the great room you can step out to a fantastic deck to enjoy excellent mountain views along with the sights and sounds of the Big Thompson River! Take it all in while enjoying a cup of morning coffee, evening glass of wine, reading a good book or cooking dinner on the gas grill! The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level (king bed). Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. A second family room is located in the lower level along with 2 bedrooms (one king bed and 2 twins) and a full bath with tub/shower. There is a queen size pullout sofa in the common area. From this level you can walk out onto the covered patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thompson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also a main floor laundry room. As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river. Listen to the creek, watch the elk, 5 min to downtown Estes Park and to RMNP This is a wonderful house. Lots of space, super clean, cozy yet spacious. Backs onto a river/creek where elk stroll by on a regular basis. It feels secluded and magical, but is only a 5 minute drive to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park. And there is a charming coffee shop that you can walk to that is on a little lake where you can feed ducks. We were so sad to leave! ##### Jessica S. It is right on the river, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to everything in Estes Park and RMNP.
