We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2\. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues. ##### David W. We took advantage of the hot tub on the deck and enjoyed the mountain view. A herd of elk, just a block down the road, entertained us for a good 30 minutes.
