What a great place to stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. In a quiet neighborhood but close to town and it was walking distance to Lake Estes. As a former vacation rental owner, I appreciate other very nice rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Second Visit!

We stayed at this property for the second time (and already booked for a third) and had another great time. The property is in a great location with a quick walk to the lake and minutes from town. It is fully stocked to make meals, and also plenty of space to hang out. This is one of our go-to places when we need a quick weekend away.

Nice Townhouse in a Great Location!

The townhouse is very nice, clean and luxurious, and well stocked. We were able to cook several meals and also close enough to town for all the local restaurants and events. Even better it is just a 5-minute walk to the lake. Allowing us to bring our furry friend made it that much better including the little yard in the back. We will definitely be back!

What a Gem!

Beautiful, clean, spacious and best of all child and dog friendly- which is hard to come by :) Our son loved “his upstairs loft” area and the games! It was a perfect nook for him the relax while his dad and I cooked and relaxed downstairs. The little backyard was perfect for dogs and grilling - fenced in with amazing views ! Beds were comfortable and linens crisp and clean. So close to everything Estes has to offer- we especially loved the mountain roller coaster this time! Thanks so much- we will be back!

We had a great time staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The townhome is right near the trail around Lake Estes and is an easy 1 mile walk to town and several coffee shops. The home itself is well equipped and pet friendly. It was snowing while we were there and the townhome allows parking in its two-car garage. We hope to visit again next year.
