We saw two elk the first day we were there! The cabin has a kitchen with just about anything you would need. Quiet, good view, good location. I liked being so near the entrance to RMNP and not having to drive through town to get there. The cabin had everything we needed. The location was perfect and it had everything you would need. The cabin is tiny but it was cozy and cute. The pool was great too. ##### Brandy K. However, the day we arrived we found that a construction crew was digging up the road to our cabin. We had to park in a field to get to the cabin. The next day we went to the managing company and asked what was going on? We were told that they were doing some minor work. After talking to the construction supervisor we were told that they were putting in all new sewer and water lines. They would be digging everything up around us for the entire summer. We went back to the managing company and got a discount plus an air conditioner as we could not open windows because of noise and dust.. HOWEVER!!! we had our water shut off on 3 different days. We never new what was going to happen next.We were told by the construction manager that the owners knew of this months in advance. We should have been told and given the opportunity to look for other properties. I would like to thank the property managers for doing what they did. ##### Robert L. Love the easy access to both town and the park. Great view from the deck! The heater works great, too! Very cozy! ##### Erika H.
