The living room has seating for 8 with recliners for most, a large screen cable TV, DVD Player and a Bose 7.1 surround-sound system that can stream music via Bluetooth or USB from your laptop, cellphone or tablet. A laundry room has lots of storage and a large capacity washer and dryer.
A huge deck spans the entire front of the house and gives you spectacular views of both sunrises and sunsets. A patio in the front offers a view of Deer Ridge and shade on hot afternoons.
The property has been in the family since the early 1950s but was recently re-built from the ground-up in 2014. It is a quarter mile walk to the boundary of the National Park or a 2-mile drive from the Beaver Meadows entrance. The town of Estes Park is also about 2 miles away.
