Decks on 3 sides of the house along with the outdoor patio area. Two living areas, game room and huge kitchen highlight this space. Awesome remodeled mountain house in a prime location with top of the line furnishings. 5 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms, two living areas, huge kitchen, wrap around deck, 2 fireplaces, and game room for all kinds of fun. Upon entering this home, you will be greeted by a large entryway and huge kitchen. The kitchen features huge work spaces with granite counter-tops, all stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator, glass top stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave), windows to the east and south to let in plenty of natural light, shaker style cabinets, and a breakfast bar that seats 4\. The kitchen flows into the great room and dinning room. The dining room has seating for 8, beautiful new furnishings and a north-facing window for light. The living room has a sofa, love seat, and 2 comfortable chairs, which is the perfect setting to relax by a fire and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. There is also a set of French doors that lead out to the south-facing deck. The large master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, plenty of natural light and en suite 3/4 bathroom with glass shower doors and custom tiled shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to the 2nd bathroom that is located in the hall. The 2nd bath is a full bathroom with Tub/Shower combo with custom tile. The lower level living room has wood-lined walls for a classic cabin feel. This comfortable space features a 2nd gas fireplace, comfortable leather sofa and chair, and flat screen TV. Immediately off of the lower living area is a kitchenette featuring granite countertops, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and pub table. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 5 has 2 sets of Twin over full bunk beds. These bedrooms share bathroom 3, which is a 3/4 bath with custom tile. The game room is located off of the lower level living room, it is half of the garage and features a pool table, foosball table, pub table, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV. It was the perfect space for 9 adults. The home is loaded with just about everything we needed for the 4 night stay. The kitchen is spacious with everything needed. The bedrooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were clean. The livingroom space was large enough for us to all sit and enjoy each other's company. The garage space used for a game room wasn't warm during the winter so that wasn't usable. Overall, I'd recommend this property for its location and value. ##### Dan W. Our family of 11, ranging in age from 9-72, spent four nights at Glacier Gorge in early July, We were very pleased with the house, especially with how well-stocked it is! I do suggest, however, that ceiling fans or even AC be added in all the rooms. It gets uncomfortably warm, especially for sleeping, when the temperature rises to 75 or above. That is absolutely the ONLY negative thing I can say about the house or our stay there. There was plenty of room for us to spread out-the kids in our group thoroughly enjoyed their downstairs space and the game room. Highlights of our stay were the elk which visited one evening AND the black bear that roamed through the neighborhood one afternoon. Plenty of bedroom and common space for 12 to stay comfortably. Easy access to RMNP, downtown and Lake Estes. Our kids loved the game room with pool table and foosball table. Plenty of parking space. Plenty of room and space. The location was ideal and close to everything including restaurants, the grocery store and RMNP. It was as described and very clean and spacious. It had a well equipped kitchen and all rooms were furnished nicely and with great beds! The bunk room, bedroom and kitchenette were great for the kids downstairs. The outdoor areas were fun for them also and had big boulders to climb I . It was easy to pick up keys in town. It was clean and roomy and held 12 people comfortably. It's in a beautiful area and close to RMNP. There's no air conditioning, but the house cooled down fast in the evening when we opened the windows. Many fans were available to help keep the house cool. There were a nice amount of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The only small issue we had was that two knobs on the stovetop need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great stay and we would recommend staying here. ##### Anita M. This house was well stocked with everything from ketchup and mayo to coffee. We enjoyed the amount of space each night, the fire pit outside, and the kids loved the bunkbeds. The house was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. It was truly well stocked with everything! We had deer in the yard most mornings. A great house for a large group. ##### Lyn M. We had 6 adults and 5 children and there was ample room for all of us. The children LOVED their own downstairs accommodations! The outside patios were particularly beautiful.
