We ate most of our meals at the rental! The location was quiet and good for a couple or small family. If you have a kiddo who is mobile, beware that the floors were pretty dirty. I think they’re vacuumed but not scrubbed: we had BLACK feet after walking around for a while without socks. We loved this location. We will definitely consider staying here again. Wonderful little walking path behind the condo and super convenient to get into the park or downtown! We actually brought a brochure home with us to give to some family headed to CO soon. It was so noisy and you could feel ever single spring pushing into your back. The “hot tub” was also a huge disappointment. There were no instructions on how to use it. First night, water wouldn’t stay warm and we couldn’t figure out how to keep it plugged. We called the number In the book to ask about it, he asked for my name and number and said someone would call me back, I never got a cal. The second night, didn’t bother. The third night the water finally stayed warm and we figured out how to actually keep the water in the tub. Next obstacle was the jets. Turned those on and they stayed out for about 5 minutes and then wouldn’t turn back on. Also the cover for the bigger jet kept popping off.
