It's a cute, clean, well stocked little chalet that worked great for my husband and I. It is in a beautiful area and only 4 minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain NP which was perfect.
Small but fit our need for a few days. We were the only ones on our side for 2 nights - the third night there was another family and it was a bit loud but not too bad. Kitchen was sufficient. Location was perfect. Road was quiet during the evening. For 3 people who are mainly staying in the park this is a good option.
This is in the perfect location to enjoy both Estes and the mountains. Beautiful views from your deck, and an awesome pool just steps away. My family loves this place and will definitely be back! There is no ac, but if you open the windows at night and close up during the day it stays comfortable.
This was a great cozy place to stay. It is an older property that has been updated. We stayed in 10B and be aware you will have neighbors beside and above you. One suggestion would be to update the couch/sleeper sofa as it wasn’t very comfortable. Overall we had a great time!

Estes park trip
You know everything appeared very good in the beginning, but they didn’t have proper kitchen utensils a spatula and pots and pans would’ve been good to have the pool was not operational for our stay and we received no compensation for that I went to cook on the grill and the grill would not work, but they did come and give me a new grill
Place was located 2 miles form RMNP, great location to visit the park. The place was clean ready to go. It was small for a small family of 4. The pullout bed was terrible to sleep on. We had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. The main bed sloped down hill about 2 inches. We ended up sleeping the opposite way on the bed. The bathroom was very small.
The location was great, close to the Fall River visitor center and park entrance, which typically has shorter lines that the Beaver Meadows entrance, and just 5 minutes from the center of town. Check in/out were easy. The unit was clean, though wood floors need refinishing. It was cute and rustic, but the pictured futon has been replaced with a somewhat uncomfortable couch that folds out into an extremely uncomfortable bed, & it would be nice if the living room had an ottoman or coffee table, something to put your feet up & set things on.
The kitchen is cute and adequate if you don't plan on doing any real cooking, just heating up leftovers, frozen or canned items, or having cereal and sandwiches, which was fine for me. I appreciated that coffee filters and a few coffee packets, tea bags, and sweeteners were provided. The bathroom is rather cramped, and not enough drawer space in the bedroom for putting away more than one person's clothing.
However, there is no privacy or peace & quiet because the walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the living/dining areas in the adjoining unit. Not just vague noise, but actual conversations word for word. It felt very invasive and awkward.
The worst was that most of the unit actually extends under another unit, a fact which is not clear from the photos or description, and the living area of that unit is apparently over the bedroom of this unit. I was kept awake until midnight or later for several nights, then awakened at the crack of dawn in the mornings by the sounds heavy footsteps walking, running, & jumping and doors slamming, until I finally had to go up and ask them to please try to be quieter between 10pm and 7am, and explaining though they were just doing normal things that may not seem that loud to them, below it sounded like a whole basketball game going on.
All the noise and lack of sleep really ruined the quiet, relaxing vacation I'd hoped for. And to be clear, the other tenants weren't really doing anything wrong; no parties, loud music, playing tv loud or anything. Just normal conversations and reasonable tv volumes, and normal activities that shouldn't have been a problem. I didn't bother saying anything to management, because the issue was really the construction of the building, not the other tenants, so no way to fix it.
I personally will not consider staying in this unit again, and only recommend if you can literally sleep through anything.
It has everything you need, except laundry. The living room has a tv that you can only watch live tv not other apps. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Room is small but comfortable bed. Restroom alot of hot water for winter. The best thing is that they can bring you new wash towels. Also restock shampoo and toilet paper. For price is perfect.
