Perfect location to RMNP and downtown Estes. It was a bit away from the hustle of downtown which we loved. Adorable house, clean, and very comfortable.

We loved our stay. Quick access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Leah was a thoughtful and attentive property owner. Everything with check in was easy. The cabin is comfortable, and I preferred being a little removed from the town proper but just a short drive from everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of is the stairs are twisty and might be a challenge for the elderly.

Very clean and cute. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms all have everything needed. Close to the YMCA, which was ideal for us. The host was very helpful and even let us know as soon as the cabin was available so we got to check in early. The staircase was a little difficult for my 4 year-old, which we expected because of the description given, just a heads up for parents. There is a bear-proof outdoor trash can, and bear spray in the cabin, so I feel like I should have seen at least 1 bear, but no such luck. Everything else was perfect :).

Property was clean and well stocked. The cabin was cozy and in my opinion, 4 people, whether a mix of kids and adults or just adults, would be the max for comfortability. Location to town and activities was great. Overall, I would recommend this property as it was exactly as advertised and Leah was a very responsive and friendly host.
