It was a very homey property, great kitchen, and had laundry provided. The second bathroom is in the bedroom on the main floor, but this worked fine for us. There is another bathroom on the main floor separate - no bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms were very spacious. The resort also has a seasonal pool and game room you can use. It is very close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, but it was also very easy to drive to Estes Park, get groceries, or travel to other RMNP entrances. The hot tub is nice after hiking all day. This is also a short drive away from a grocery store to get anything you need. I will be staying here again next time I am in the area. ##### Dan B.
