This spacious 1,336-square-foot home features a stunning 350-square-foot deck that offers breathtaking views of the Stanley Hotel, the Lumpy Mountain Range, and a partial view of Lake Estes—making it a perfect spot to enjoy the July 4th fireworks. On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with spectacular views of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The private main suite upstairs has been beautifully updated and now offers complete seclusion, featuring a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and lovely views of the Stanley Hotel and Lumpy Ridge. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as Trailblazer fiber 1 Gbps broadband Wi-Fi, the fastest in Estes Park. You can tell great care was taken in the renovation of this property. Everything is fresh and supplies (kitchen, bath, linens, etc.) are high-quality and abundant. The view of the mountains is a joy to wake up to. And the convenience of being able to easily walk to the Main Street far outweighs the short hike back up the hill after enjoying a wonderful meal downtown. Plus the park entrances are 10 minutes away. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. Clean and well stocked house with almost every conceivable amenity. Seeing the Stanley Hotel from the front deck or upstairs window was an added bonus. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space, and was an overall comfortable stay and environment.
