The bedrooms were all spacious, giving each of the 6 couples 4 toddlers plenty of privacy and room to rest. All the amenities worked efficiently and the water in our showers stayed perfectly warm. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and having 2 refrigerators was essential to storing enough groceries for our big family. Honestly, I don't think the pictures of the property do it justice. Our school group of 20 found this property to very spacious and super cozy. The hosts were also quick to respond. You'll find many elk steps away from the door or the base of the cliff overlooking the lower properties. Hard for little kids to eat from gigantic tablespoons/soupspoons. It also would have been nice to provide some games.Note: a rung on one of the dining room chairs broke when the 2-year-old was climbing onto the chair.
