Important Notes Water Conservation: We request your assistance in conserving water during your stay, as our system relies on a well. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, but please do not leave them unattended without a kennel/crate. Guest Access: Guests can access the entire cabin as well as our playground and communal spaces on the resort property. There is a new community firepit, horseshoes, and cornhole games in front of the grand lodge by the playground. The Lobby, located at the front of the property by Fall River Road, offers a paid guest laundry room, pamphlets for local attractions, and a coffee bar. You can access the door with your cabin code. The Neighborhood: Fall River Road has access to Rocky Mountain National Park's north entrance and is lined on each side of the street with cabins and resorts. Even so, this area is in the remote Rocky Mountains and feels very secluded. We often have wild animals such as deer and elk on our property. Getting Around: The easiest way to get around is by car- you do not need 4WD to access our cabins. We provide free parking. We are only minutes from one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our roads in Amberwood are paved and may be slick when it is icy or snowy. We do our best to keep them clear for you! The city of Estes Park runs a shuttle during the summer months and there is a stop within walking distance of the cabins. Other Things to Note: We are in the wilderness of Colorado. There are bears, elk, deer, sheep and numerous other wild animals that also call the mountains home. Respect their space and do not keep any trash or food outside unattended. We have an animal proof dumpster on our property for any trash. ● Daily maid/towel/linen services are not provided For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. This cabin was perfect for us. It was all renovated and many of the items seemed brand new. It was also extremely clean. It was an ideal location for Estes. It is close to Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. When traveling anywhere I look for 3 things when renting a home: 1) Comfortable and functional living space; 2) Nice surrounding area; 3) Good communication with owner. This listing checked off all 3 and I would definitely rent here again. The cabin is just as advertised and the property management obviously takes pride in their rentals. This cabin was super clean and kept us very warm during a winter snowfall. Jill, the property management rep, was very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay more pleasant.
