Michele was always available if we had a question, communication was great. This is by far the best place to stay if you want to see herds of Elk everyday and hear them at night! That's why we come up here during the rut, but sometimes we don't see any. This condo is located right on the Golf Course where the Elk hang out. This condo has everything you need, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, extra everything we needed. We grilled out on the deck and watched the Elk. It's a beautiful quiet neighborhood. This condo is furnished beautifully. 2 car garage to park in. We had a truck, so we were able to park it in front of the garage, but my SUV fit inside perfectly. The jacuzzi tub in the master is heavenly. It is not huge, so we used it every night since it didn't take much water to fill and enjoy. The Location is close to shopping and RMNP entrance. We hiked during the day, but couldn't wait to get home to see our Elk again! The condo is walking distance from the Golf Course restaurant "Smokin' Dave's BBQ and Brews", super convenient! 5 minute drive to Cousin Pat's restaurant and bar, which is a great place off the beaten path, highly recommend! Overall I can't think of a nicer place to stay in Estes Park. This was my 2nd time, and we'll be back! ##### Deonne S.
