This includes our private parking lot just for our guests and you are able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. We are just a 15 minute walk to the famous Stanley Hotel, 30 minute walk to the Estes Park Events Center and Fairgrounds, 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk, and about a 10 minute walk to Lake Estes. Estes Park is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and our property is just a 10 minute drive to the park entrance. Be sure to visit our on site restaurant and bar. Sit back and enjoy a meal on the 2200 square foot rooftop patio with incredible mountain views. Guests to the restaurant do walk through the courtyard and common areas to get to the restaurant. You will experience a certain noise level during their business hours. They close at 8pm on weekdays and close at 10pm on weekends. The condo was modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The balcony views were incredible, especially at night, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being right in downtown Estes meant we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions without ever needing to drive. Compared to many of the pricey cabins in the area, this place offered amazing value and a WAY more modern feel.
