GREAT LOCATION. BEAUTIFUL LOFT. AWESOME BUILDING. ONE OF THE FEW VACATION PROPERTIES IN TOWN WITH
This condo is very tastefully appointed with brand new flooring as of March 2018 and new furnishings in two full bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need. And you wont be squeezed into a 600 sq ft shoebox! Unit includes a pullout couch so it will sleep 6 total. There is a gas fireplace and washer/dryer. We have two other units in the same building and couldn't pass this one up when it became available. It turned out even better than imagined. We also bought in new single beds and super comfortable memory foam mattresses with full box springs.

SAFETY: If safety features are important there is no need to worry about CO2 as heat is provided via electric baseboards. Building also features sprinkler system to usher to you safety in case of emergency.
PARKING: We buy a parking pass for you to place on your windshield so you can park for free immediately across the street. The town has recently implemented paid parking in downtown area which makes access to spots even better. Others pay but you won't. If you arrive before 3pm on check in day and it's a weekend in high season you may need to wait until after 3pm to find a spot. That literally happened to one guest in 2021 as far as I know. Loading zone in front of building makes packing and unpacking even easier.
If safety features are important this is the spot for you. Condo features a fire extinguisher, CO2 /smoke detectors and a sprinkler system in unit and hallway in case of an emergency.
UPDATE 3/31/24: Beware of construction in areas of downtown near the loop. You can stay here with us and never worry about construction noise, dirty and dust or access challenges due to the downturn loop currently underway. If you are considering downtown, even if you don’t stay with us, I suggest you look into the location of the place you are considering and see if it is within the loop construction project prior to booking.

Do you like shopping? This condo is walking distance to all of the best shopping in Estes Park. You wont have to find a parking spot for your downtown shopping expeditions. You can safely run your purchases back to the condo instead of carrying them with you or leaving them in the car.
Do you like dining out? There are many of the finest restaurants in Estes again within a few minutes walk from the condo including Ed's Cantina, Poppys, Momma Rosas, The Stanley Hotel, Claires, Starbucks, Kind Coffee and more.
Do you like see the beauty of the outdoors and Rocky Mountain National Park? With views of Twin Owls off the deck or from inside you can look directly into the National Park. And what could be more convenient than walking along the riverwalk two blocks to the visitor center to board the FREE shuttle bus into the National Park? The bus will gain you FREE access to the national park and you wont have to worry about parking. Its easy and convenient and runs every half hour. You can also walk from the condo to Lake Estes and to the Knolls Willow open space.
Do you have small children with you? The library across the street has many excellent resources for kids and the riverwalk has a playground to the west and in the winter an ice rink. We have a pack n play so you dont need to tote along one for your infant.

This was our second stay at this property. The location can’t be beat and it was very clean and well stocked again. We will stay here again on our next Estes trip. Thank you!
We had a lovely time! Unit as described. Lisa, property manager met us upon arrival and could not have been nicer! She was available during the entire stay. Location was wonderful
Our family came here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. We appreciated the extra touches like games, books, and DVDs. The location was perfect for walking around the lake, going to the dog park, and shopping downtown.
We had a fantastic weekend in Estes, despite the crazy amount of snow in late April! The property was exactly as shown and represented: clean, easy to access, stocked with everything you might need. Highly recommend!

Of the several short term rentals, this one is one of the best I've stayed. The owners have put on obvious effort to make this look like a place you want to live in.
Location is great. Just on the edge of the shopping lane of Estes. Quiet area, too. Will book again.
We stayed here for several days. The location is perfect for being able to walk to stores, coffee, restaurants, and the visitor center. Parking was across the street and easy with the provided permit. The loft had all we needed. The loft faces the street but we never found it to be noisy at night. The river walk is right behind the loft and was beautiful. We'd stay here again.
The condo is so convenient for restaurants and a beautiful stream runs on the back side of the building. We lit the quaint gas stove in the evenings. The living area is larger than it appears in the photos. Other reviews mentioned complaints about a noisy refrigerator but it must have been fixed because I didn’t hear it.
First and foremost, our Host, Andy is wonderful! He is very informative and attentive, checking regularly to be sure all was going well! The Condo is exactly as pictured, comfortable (the Air works great!) and in the perfect location! Everything you need is right outside your door, restaurants, grocery, great little town with both wonderful views and shopping! If Estes Park is in your future travel plans don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We were very glad we did!
Condo right in the heart of Estes park and at the foot of Rocky mountain national park. Convenient to the grocery store. Right above the coffee shop where we had coffee every day. Art and shopping with the beautiful stream right there was our daily morning thing. Parking very easy. Stocked kitchen. One thing you should do is install a signal booster for the wifi. Otherwise A plus.
We loved the location of this rental.We went right downstairs and could walk the river walk or shop. We saw elk from the balcony and in the parking lot across the street. Parking was convenient and we always had a spot.The rental was bigger than we expected and had enough room to park our two bikes inside. We slept 5 comfortably. Seating in the living area was for 3 but we expected that based on the listing. We were very pleased with the unit and appreciated the soaps, detergent, etc that was stocked. We would 100% stay here again.
Location is downtown right on highway 36, close to restaurants, the living room furniture is uncomfortable no place to put your feet like ottoman, the refrigerator needs replacing compressor makes a lot of noise icemaker does not work, dining table legs were loose, light under cabinet is burned out, awning window handles are not attached to frame so you can’t open or close windows, ac works good, other then miscellaneous problems with unit we enjoyed our stay in estes
