The condo was lovely, well equipped and clean. Location was quiet, close to the town of Estes Park with lovely restaurants near by. Comfortable beds, nice Bathrooms! Would highly recommend.
Beautifully clean and well stocked house and kitchen for Thanksgiving gathering! Great location with close proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Would definitely stay here again! Loved seeing the deer and elk in the neighborhood! Property manager was very responsive and available, even alerted us to snowy conditions to make our arrival easier!
This place was perfect! Very clean! Has everything you need. It is right outside the RMNP and very close to down town. I loved that there was a market between the condo and RMNP and we could stop in every day before going into the park and get we needed. We will definitely be back!
Our family made some awesome memories in this amazing home and the beautiful Estes Park area!! The home was very clean and stocked with anything you could need in the entire home - kitchen, bathrooms, living room, laundry room. The property manager was very friendly and even left us a "welcome basket" full of snacks. We couldn't be more happier with our trip and we will definitely be back!!
This condo was perfect for our family of 6! 3 bedrooms all with king beds! It was super clean. The furniture and decor was so warm and inviting. It felt like home. The location was just right too. Very close to the RMNP entrance and just outside of town away from the busyness but still close to shopping and restaurants! I would stay here again for sure!
The townhome is very nice and comfortable. Everything is new and clean. My family of 4 had plenty of room and the amenities are perfect for a stay of a week or even longer. The location is close to town and restaurant options around are plentiful. It is also just a few minutes from the entrance to RMNP. Sara was prompt and courteous to deal with for any request we might have had.
Very well stocked townhome close to the RMNP entrance. It was an ideal floor plan for two families traveling together with small children. The path along the Big Thompson River to the coffee shop was a special treat, and the floor to ceiling windows were perfect for stargazing with my granddaughter.
* There is a bit of traffic noise but not really noticeable with the windows closed.
3 Kings is in a great location. Close to RMNP, The Y, and town. It is by far the cleanest property we have stayed at. They have everything you need. Toys, games, wifi, vacuums, extra pillows, extra blankets, and more.
Sara is an amazing host and property manager. She makes sure you have anything you need and is a text or phone call away.
We had such an incredible stay at 3 Kings Summit and will absolutely return! Every detail was thoughtfully covered from the detailed communications leading up to our stay, to the incredibly thorough packet of information and recommendations on ways to make our time in Estes Park perfect for our preferences, and the beautiful clean accommodations with all the luxuries we could think of. 3 Kings Summit was just as pictured and even better in person. The home was immaculate, beds were comfortable and the furnishings were very comfortable and up to date. The home was very well decorated and well laid out. The welcome basket with snacks, and gift cards to the Coffee on the Rocks was a very nice touch and wonderful surprise! Easy check in and out and great communication. We really enjoyed our stay and love being so close to Estes Park and RMNP! Highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!
We stayed at 3KS during a recent family trip. We spent the majority of our trip at the RMNP and loved being so close to the park entrance. The neighborhood sits adjacent to a beautiful river that leads down to Coffee on the Rocks, which we visited each morning.
The house itself was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, cookware and spices. The beds were comfortable. The views from the front window were stunning.
Chris and Sara were responsive and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Estes Park!
3 Kings Summit was just what our family needed for a peaceful break and the perfect place to reconnect to ourselves and nature. I’m not sure I have ever felt as “at home” in any other rental. The thoughtful details in every room of the house made it even more special. From the welcome gift basket to stocked ingredient staples in the kitchen and cozy basket of blankets, they thought of everything. Sara was an amazing host who was caring and attentive. My husband and two adult children (18 and 20) had a wonderful stay at 3 Kings Summit! Everything inside is so well done... there were lots of simple notes and tips inside to help enhance our stay, which we appreciated. Everything we needed was right inside. I greatly appreciated the little things, like not needing to buy hand soap or dishwasher tablets, or anything of that nature. It is very well cared for, which made us want to do our best to maintain its beauty (coaster for drinks, placemats for meals, etc). The beds were super comfortable and we slept so well. Each morning we visited Coffee on the Rocks, a short stroll down the river, before entering the park (RMNP). The entrance to the park couldn't have been more convenient. With ice on the trails, I got an immediate response from our host through messaging about where we could rent microspikes...they were always at the ready to answer any questions. Honestly couldn't have been a better experience with the big things AND the little things. Thank you so very much! We will be back!
Everything about the stay was wonderful. Despite the unexpected weather, we found the plane to be a great home base for impromptu April winter adventures.
This wonderful mountain home had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished, clean, and perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy! We loved the view out the living room windows...perfect to enjoy morning coffee!

Overall, very good property. It appeared there was a conflict in parking information where VRBO allowed for four vehicles and the house literature said only three. The riverwalk area was enjoyable and it might be useful to highlight this amenity more, especially the ability to fish.
