"Beautiful property. Very big and so may plants and trees you are emersed in the jungle. Very quiet. Check-in was smooth and they originally had us on a second floor but changed it to a main floor room upon our request. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool looked lovely and the restaurant was a good size. The included breakfast was fine. The only disappointment was the restaurant wasn't open for dinner as indicated on the website. We would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This house was absolutely beautiful, I only wish we could have stayed longer. I really enjoyed the second and third floor patios with the breath-taking views. Views of the ocean and the feeling of being in the jungle. The kitchen windows all opened up and the ambience of the lighting at night was beautiful. I loved how private it was and felt safe with the driveway gate. Our host was great and very communicative, I would recommend first time getting there before dark as it can be a little confusing with Google maps luckily there was a nice guard down the hill that helped and guided us, after that no problem. I will stay again if I get the opportunity."

"There is only ONE thing that caused 2 separate problems. The staff is not intimately familiar with reading the room numbers on the room keys. Our party of 4 arrived and were directed to a building on the property with two separate room keys. One key did not match any room in the building and the other key matched an OCCUPIED room in an adjacent building. Frustration at the least and a potential security issue. The key issue was eventually resolved…..eventually. Our family finally settled in. At one o’clock in the morning, I was awakened by our sliding glass door opening. It was a drunken group attempting to enter our room. Apparently they also had a key to our room. Fortunately, the group realized they were entering the wrong room. The site appears to hand out keys randomly or has multiple duplicate keys. Aside from that the view is lovely and the swimming pool with swim up bar is awesome. Beware of security issues. Be very aware."

"We spent 10 days at this great house. My family included my 82 year old mother who wanted to stay forever! Emily was a great host. Very responsive when we had questions. We were delayed on our arrival due to traffic but there was no problem with Liliam (the house caretaker) meeting us late. Liliam was super friendly and even made us fresh juice and brought over coffee. The house was perfect for our family. The beautiful beach was close and the little town nearby was charming. The location was perfect to go north to Jaco or south to Manuel Antonio National Park. Lots of other stuff to do nearby as well! Emily also recommended masseuses that came to the house! We greatly enjoyed our trip and the house was a big part of our enjoyment."
