This stylish property offers guests ultimate comfort with high quality furnishings inside, a spacious exterior terrace for seamless outside living, which include sea views, and a community that provides a large exterior adult and children swimming pool, an interior heated pool, and well equipped gym. Also included is 2 private parking spaces in the garage below the building. The property opens to the kitchen and living room on the right, 2 guest bedrooms on the left, and the final guest bedroom and master bedroom in front. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a luxury rental property. The kitchen provides a cooking island for additional space, and has a separate laundry room attached. The cooking stove is induction.The dining area provides seating for 8, and is stationed next to the living area that is furnished with 2 large comfortable sofas and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). From the living room there is direct access onto the 80m2 private terrace. The terrace is furnished with an alfresco dining area, 2 sun loungers, and chill-out seating. Lovely sea views are visible from the left side of the terrace. Direct terrace access is possible from the living room, master bedroom and neighbouring guest bedroom. The master bedroom, like the other 3 bedrooms, are fitted with high quality beds. There is a large double bed in the master, and there is access to an ensuite bathroom with double washbasins and walk-in rainfall shower. Two of the guest bedrooms have a double bed, and the third guest bedroom has two single beds. The three bedrooms share access to a bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate w/c is also available located between the bedrooms. The entire property has centralised A/C (hot and cold) and fast fibre optic WIFI throughout. A SONOS sound system is also available for guest use (volume level should be kept to sensible levels during the different periods of the day).The community has a large exterior swimming pool (adult and children), a heated indoor swimming pool (open all year), and a full indoor gym. 2 Private parking spaces are also provided in the garage below the property. The beach is less than 1km walk from the property, and countless restaurants, bars and shops are within close walking distance. There are also several golf courses within close proximity, as well as padel tennis courts. The apartment is perfect for sensible groups and families. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you needed. Beautiful terrace, a wonderful space to sunbathe and to spend an evening dining and enjoying time with our family. Lovely pool area, plenty of beds, really safe and secure if you have young children. Management company were brilliant at replying to any queries. Location was excellent. The apartment was ideal for our purpose: four bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and a spacy patio made our stay perfect. The only detail which didn’t work for us was the coffee machine: it was too exotic. We never found coffee capsules for it in any of the supermarkets. ##### Jorma T. The apartment was perfect, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the terrace had everything you could need, very comfortable sofas, space for dining and sunbathing. There were 8 of us adults and teens and plenty of space for us all. The pool area was very nice and perfect temperature with sun many loungers available, the beach not too far either. Great pizza takeaway round the corner, small shop for bread cheese and ham just 3 mins away and Lidl a short car ride. Perfect holiday, didn’t want to leave.
